Affiliated School Program
The NHCWA affiliated school program is designed to assist you and your students. It is centered around those who attend an allied health training facility and want to become certified upon graduation. School Performance Report
The NHCWA will send an performance report of each exam section to the program director, exam coordinators or authorized school personnel the report identifies the group’s strengths and weaknesses based on the student’s scores from the NHCWA exam. In this way, program directors can find out which topics they cover well and which topics might need further instruction in order to best prepare the students. The student will also receive of their performance from each exam section at the end of the exam. Therefore, the NHCWA exam report system can benefit the instructors, as well as the students that he or she instructs. The program director or authorized school administrator will have access to log in and review their schools performance reports at any time.

Accredited Schools training students for positions in the healthcare profession that are interested in offering NHCWA certification exams can participate in the NHWCA certification program by meeting the eligibility requirements listed below and filling out the academic institution application.
Upon institution approval the school can register their students for exams. This offers their students a unique opportunity to enhance their potential to be hired and contribute to positive change in healthcare.
1) Name of the School
2) Copy of State Board of Education approval
3) Copy of your accreditation approval with expiration date
4) Location of the School
5) Name of School Director
6) Submit the academic institution application
7) Completed contact information
8) Copy of a signed, sample transcript for all allied health programs your school offers
9) A breakdown of the curriculum hours for each program offered
An NHCWA Assigned School Code is required for students or graduates of your school’s allied health program(s) to sit for the NHCWA Examination and also the Board Certification Examination. Students may not receive Certification test results or Board Certification if your school does not have this code
How to Obtain an Assigned School Code
To receive an Assigned School Code, schools are required to submit an application proving the school is legitimate, operating legally and meets our minimum curriculum/hours/ and module requirements for each individual program.
There are two levels of certification: Provisional and Full
NHCWA recognizes Schools offering training to students for positions in the healthcare profession. NHCWA school approval allows the school to offer their Students the opportunity to apply for full or provisional NHWCA certification by registering their students for NHCWA exams. This offers their students a unique opportunity to enhance their potential to be hired and contribute to positive change in healthcare.
